New Finance Director appointed

Leading multi utility company Core has welcomed Craig Stevens as its new Financial Director.

Craig joins Core following three years at expanding construction firm Rok where he worked in the roles of Regional Finance Director for the North Region and Financial Controller for the Building and Maintenance Division. Craig played an integral role in growing the North Region from a £50 million turnover to over £200 million through organic and acquisitive growth and the overall Building and Maintenance Division to over £800 million.

Prior to his role at Rok, Craig spent five years with Benson Construction where he was responsible for growing the company turnover to £120 million. Craig brings invaluable knowledge and will be responsible for putting valuable systems and structures into place which will enable Core to meet its growth targets. He will also drive the financial side of the business to focus on leading an efficient service led finance team adding value to the organisations decision making process and provide good quality management information.

Craig aims to help Core achieve its growth plan and increase the companies coverage within the UK. He will initially be based in Core’s Warrington office.
