Residential Utilities Quotation Types

You have a choice quotation, depending on your requirements and what stage in planning you are at.

Feasibility Study

If you have not yet purchased land and require an indication of costs and work involved in installing the utility infrastructure our feasibility studies provide a fast turnaround and will provide you with indicative costs to help with your land appraisal.

*This quotation will be indicative and will require a formal quotation if you decide to proceed.

Formal residential utilities quote

Once you’ve acquired the land and your project is due to commence, you can request a formal quotation.

To enable us to prepare this, you’ll need to provide the following information:
  • Location plan
  • Final site layout
  • Floor plans for flatted properties
  • Proposed meter positions
  • Housing types
  • Completed risk assessment form and site investigation documents
  • Phasing details (if applicable)
  • Future build details/extensions
  • Adopted areas and agreed service strips
  • Number of gas/electric heated flats*
  • Number of gas/electric heated premises and load requirements*
  • Floor plans for flatted properties*
  • Pre-tender Health & Safety documents and plan
If you’re unsure about anything or would like further advice, please contact us.

We’ll apply to the asset owners of gas, electricity and water to determine your proposed development’s exact points of connection on the network.

Budget Quotation for land owners

If you have purchased land, and have planning permission we can provide you with a ‘budget quotation’. With this type of quotation we will fully design and cost the project. This is the solution if the developer is not in a position to formally accept the quotation and plans may still be subject to change.

*This quotation will be indicative and will require a formal quotation if you decide to proceed.
