Residential Utilities Quotation Service

One of the most important stages of any project is before it has even begun - the quotation stage. Your account manager will be able to discuss your requirements and recommend the best route for your quotation.

Network Connections is committed to turning around your quotations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You have three types of quotation to choose from:

  • Feasibility - for land appraisals
  • Formal - for when land is acquired and the project is due to start/starting with an agreed site layout
  • Budget - for when land is available and you require an indicative cost
For more information on each and how to request a quotation, please click here.

Pre-start meetings for residential utilities projects

It’s vital that everyone involved in a project knows what’s required in terms of timing – that’s the purpose of the pre-start meeting which we will facilitate.

This is an opportunity for us to discuss the site programme in further detail with your construction team, paying particular attention to start dates and the processes involved in getting materials delivered, laying mains and preparing housing plots for final connection.

Service Request Form

Once the mains have been laid and plots are ready to be connected, the Site Manager completes a Service Request Form. A representative will normally visit the site to ensure that the plots are ready and safe to be connected before any work can begin.
