The site of a former Police College in Crewe, this unusual development combines contemporary new build properties with a major refurbishment project within the old college buildings themselves.

Since winning the £290,000 contract to provide a multi utility solution to the 125 new homes, Core has been working with Morris Homes West Midlands on a design and consultancy basis, co-ordinating utility supply to the site.
 
One of the things we’ll be doing is relocating an existing substation. It’s currently causing an obstruction - sitting as it does in the middle of a proposed new road.
