Cruden Group Case Study

Cruden go multi utility at Raploch

Raploch is one of the largest regeneration developments in Central Scotland.

The £120m initiative sets out plans to transform the appearance of Raploch into a 21st Century community using high standards of design and better integration of residential, education and retail facilities.

Raploch is a long term project. As such, the Raploch Regeneration Partnership needed to be confident in their choice of utility supplier. They required a partner that would stand the test of time. They needed the track record, experience, financial security and delivery capabilities of the market leader – that’s why they chose Core. Core’s designers worked hand-in-hand with the developers own teams from the early stages of the development. Our designers and engineers were fully involved and offered consultancy and advice on the infrastructure required for the multi-utility connections.

By working together from the early stages of the planning process we were able to create the optimum multi utility design to meet the needs of our client.

Core is now working on providing multi-utility services for both residential and commercial aspects of the project. The initial phase of work involves a £500k investment in 200+ connections for houses and flats.

We work in partnership with you to deliver the cost and time savings of a multi utility approach.
