Core was recently awarded a £1.5 million contract to provide gas, water and electricity connections to a large site for Countryside Properties in Warrington.

Chief among the challenges was how to provide utilities to 388 properties when there’s no suitable water connection point available locally.

Never ones to feel out of their depth, Core has laid over 1km of mains off-site which will bring water to the development.
