The Company operates in accordance with a documented and independently certificated Integrated Management System which is compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001.

 

Quality Management

 

In order to maintain high standards of service the Company shall:
 

  • Structure its organisation, procedures and activities to meet each customer’s specific requirements.
  • Comply with all relevant legal and other requirements.
  • Achieve high levels of stakeholder satisfaction both internally and externally.
  • Consistently deliver the highest standards of workmanship whilst meeting completion deadlines.
    Set objectives and targets which drive the attainment of continual improvement.
  • Communicate this Policy to all members of the workforce and make it freely available to customers, the general public and other interested parties.
  • Review the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, including this Policy, at least on an annual basis.

The quality and integrity of all members of the workforce is of fundamental importance. In this context all efforts will be made to ensure that each person in the organisation:

  • Understands that Quality Assurance is a perquisite component of all work undertaken on behalf of the Company.
  • Understands how to perform their duties in compliance with the Integrated Management System.
  • Is stimulated and encouraged to perform to the highest standards.
Overall responsibility for these commitments is vested in the Managing Director.
